Board Work & Experience

As a former CEO, I have walked in the shoes of the leader. As a director, I am able to partner with the CEO, constructively offering counsel while fully understanding that their role is “24/7”. I’ve been their “eyes and ears” while offering support and guidance to their management teams as well.

As CEO and board member, I build relationships with other board members, as we collaborate in expertise for the betterment of the company.

As a mentor, I inspire leadership teams and assist in generating thought-provoking ideas and concepts.

I also believe in giving back while engaging in and supporting my community, providing non-profit board work, in addition to volunteering.
